Savvy Residents Talk Politics
Mayflower Brighton’s ILU Residents were quick to accept an invitation to meet with James Newbury, Liberal Party candidate for the seat of Brighton, in the run up to the November State election. More than 20 residents attended the informal meeting held in the ILU Lounge, and attendees thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with James, discuss a range of issues, and share their views on Victorian politics.
