Works will soon begin on a new seniors living precinct at 5 Broadford Crescent, Macleod.
Despite temporary fencing being installed to protect the property, incidents of vandalism and trespassing persist. While we have increased security patrols, engaged local police, and informed the local council, vandals, thieves and graffiti artists continue to find ways to access the site.
To address this, we have expedited our demolition plans, with demolition now expected to commence in the first week of March.
