Mayflower Welcomes New CEO

We are delighted to welcome Stuart Rodney as the new Chief Executive Officer of Mayflower Group. Stuart assumed leadership and management of the organization in late 2022, bringing a wealth of executive and international experience to the role.

Stuart's impressive career spans various sectors, including healthcare, aged care, supply chain, and logistics. His extensive leadership experience includes executive roles with prominent organizations such as Bolton Clarke, where he served as Executive General Manager of Residential Aged Care, American Hospital Dubai, and Health Support Queensland.

The Mayflower Board, led by Chair Anthony Mutton, expressed enthusiasm about Stuart's appointment, citing his strong commercial acumen and passion for aged care as key factors in their decision. These qualities position Mayflower well to navigate the ongoing aged care reforms and implement their 2023-26 Strategic Plan.

Stuart's expertise is particularly valuable as the aged care sector undergoes significant regulatory and compliance changes. His primary focus is on addressing the needs of residents and clients by fostering a culture that enables Mayflower to thrive with customer-centric practices.

With a background that includes completing an Executive Healthcare Leadership program at Cornell University in 2020-2021, Stuart brings a combination of academic knowledge and practical experience to his role. His skill set encompasses logistics, supply chain management, and freight, which will undoubtedly contribute to efficient operations at Mayflower.

As Mayflower continues to evolve and adapt to the changing landscape of aged care, Stuart Rodney's leadership is expected to drive innovation, enhance service quality, and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of providing exceptional care to its residents and clients.
