Our team went all out to make Father’s Day special.

COVID-19 this year may have restricted family gatherings, but it didn’t stop the good times rolling.

At Mayflower Brighton, residents had their senses spoilt with a fun party – complete with singer Mandy, performing live via Zoom.

Gifts and handwritten cards were personally delivered by the Executive Officer, Maria, who loved being involved in the day.

“It was a privilege to be part of their special day, and to honour each gentleman with a small gift,” says Maria.

The afternoon was lighthearted and fun, filled with lots of laughter. Barry joked, while receiving his gift “I hope there’s money in there!”

At Mayflower Reservoir the men took part in a manly-moustache themed afternoon tea, and received beautifully wrapped gifts.

A photo-booth was also made available, to help residents wish their loved ones a very ‘Happy Father’s Day.’
