Key Mayflower Board Appointments

The Mayflower Group is pleased to announce the appointment of two new board members, Catherine Nance and Adjunct Professor Alan Lilly, effective July 1, 2024.

These appointments further strengthen the board's expertise in financial management, healthcare, and aged care services.

Catherine Nance brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including 19 years as a Partner and Actuary at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Her extensive background in superannuation, investment, insurance, and aged care will be invaluable to Mayflower's financial strategy and risk management. Catherine's passion for ensuring quality services for older Australians aligns perfectly with Mayflower's mission.

Adjunct Professor Alan Lilly joins the board with a distinguished career in health and aged care. As a Registered Psychiatric and General Nurse with executive leadership experience across public, private, and not-for-profit organisations, Alan brings a wealth of knowledge in healthcare management and governance. His expertise in care quality, safety, and consumer experience will be crucial in shaping Mayflower's future direction.

Mary-Jane Stolp, Chair of the Mayflower Board, welcomed the new members, stating: "We are thrilled to welcome Catherine Nance and Adjunct Professor Alan Lilly to our board.
