Aged Care Employee Day gives us a chance to reflect on our people and what you all mean to Mayflower.

As a dedicated provider of human services to our residents and clients, we can do nothing without you.

Whether you are a nurse, a care worker, leisure and care coordinator, cleaner, cook, a maintenance person or part of our administration team – you are the lifeblood of our organisation. Without you, we have no Mayflower.

This is a day when we can honour your commitment to providing empathetic and caring services, to thank you for taking it personally and for making a difference every day. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do, but above all for doing it with kindness and compassion.
